Due to this morning retrocores update, the bot is not able to recognize the characters, I suppose it's because the update, so the question is how long it will take to update de bot client?

When you use a free service, then you do not have the right to charge for support.

Both parties are correct. The service is paid, and thus the customers should receive the due support.

But it's also Sunday and the problem is happening just for the last few hours, so the developer still has plenty of time to fix this and still deliver a good service to the customers.
