Nothing changed in that matter, so likely to be something related to game-client. Example: Game-client not updating some variable about some information that Cavebot checks to make sure you can proceed to walking.
So I don't believe there's anything I can do about that.
I'm botting and didn't face that problem.
I also checked for error logs, but could not find any.

Hello.
Can you do some tests?
When it get stuck then check if disabling Looter -> Targeting -> Cavebot fixes it, but disable each and wait few secs (1-2 seconds) to check it fixes it.
So you are going to do this:
1. Disable and enable Looter. Check if it's going to walk in 1-2 seconds. If it doesn't walks, go to next option. If it walks, let it get stuck and repeat this step then skip and try the next one.
1. Disable and enable Targeting. Check if it's going to walk in 1-2 seconds. If it doesn't walks, go to next option. If it walks, let it get stuck and repeat this step then skip and try the next one.
1. Disable and enable Cavebot. Check if it's going to walk in 1-2 seconds.
Even if one of steps above fixed it, try the others. Maybe something is related.
After testing all 3, let me know what's the results... Example:
1. Disabling and enabling Looter didn't fix. Tried 3x and none fixed.
2. Disabling and enabling Targeting seems to fix. Tried 3x and fixed all.
3. Disabling and enabling Cavebot seems to fix. Tried 3x and just fixed one.
