Is here option to add "use GFB when monster HP is 20%"
or something like that?
I need it for monsther which run away when low hp.

Depends on how you want to check this, because it is an area rune.

Do you want to shoot rune if it hits at least X monsters that are at 20% or if the monster you are attacking has 20%? Because the last case would be possible and easy, you could even use Targeting, because it does uses shootarearune interally, except it will shoot if hits at least the targeted creature, but will try to hit as much as possible. However, the first one is a bit complex and would depend on a modification in the shootarearune function, so it would be left for possible improvement in the future.

Do you wanna shoot GFB whenever the targeted created has 20%? Because You can do that using Targeting.
