If Cap is X and Mana Above X Do!

Hi could you help me out with a script that goes like

(COPY)

Local Spell1 = 'exura vita'
Local Spell2 = 'exura gran'
Local CapLimit = 50
local ManaProcent = 98

If cap is above CapLimit and mana % above ManaProcent then cast Spell1 ifelse cap is below CapLimit and Mana above % ManaProcent then cast Spell2
