Hi,
I purchased and installed the bot. It opens normally but there is no character name on the list to be chosen. Can you please advise?

Several people are having this problem...
This is because the bot is not compatible with the current version of your server.
There is a list that shows which servers and versions it works on (in my opinion, it's useless because some servers stopped updating over a year ago).
What you need to do is keep trying to get the admin to update it, just like I'm asking him to do on tibia-old.com.
It's been over 20 days.
And he hasn't even responded. This was one of the best bots for Tibia, and now it's a scam.
I hope I helped, but this is sad news.
If you don't have time to wait for a response, I think it's best to request a refund and pay again when the bot is updated... but I don't see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you for your reply. I've been here with this bot since 2019 and I purchased it many times and never have had any problems with Arkilys. I will wait until tonight, if he doesn't respond I will try to get refund but realera is very popular server and I hope that it will be updated.
