The trial is given automatically when you login on the Bot, but in some cases it wouldn't work (security reasons).

I had to use Google Translator to try understand your message... You should use Stand to walk downstairs, but change the direction when you are going to create the waypoint. There's an option to create an waypoint based on your character position, it's selected "C" (same position than character) by default.
