The trial is given automatically when you login on the Bot, but in some cases it wouldn't work (security reasons).
If this happens, send me a private message and i will be checking the failed trials manually and adding it for those who didn't get it.

So you are not playing LikeRetro or not using a compatible game-client like an older game-client.

Hello.

I'm afraid there's nothing I can do, because I just tried it myself on LikeRetro and it works fine. I tried on the game-client that i already had and also redownloaded the game-client from their website. Bot detected my character in both cases.
So maybe something on your computer is blocking it or you are not playing LikeRetro or using an old version of LikeRetro or using an old version of Kasteria OTBot.
