Hello can you put exura ico, utito tempo, utani tempo hur, exori hur, exori mas on kasteria?

Hello.

Yes, but notice you can still use "exura ico" on healer by selecting "[TEXT]" and setting up "exura ico" and all those spells on LUA Scripts like a Persistent using say().
Example:
(COPY)
if not hasted() and cancast() then
    say('utani tempo hur')
    wait(1000, 1200)
end
