Persistant healer inc Mana fluid

Does anybody have a simmple persistant healer with different heal options IE

IF HPPC below 80 and MPPC above20 then cast exura
If HPPC below 30 and MPPC below 20 use ultimate healing rune
if mppc below 60 and no monster on screen then use mana fluid on self


Including different level options like exura gran and vita depending on health level
