The trial is given automatically when you login on the Bot, but in some cases it wouldn't work (security reasons).

I would suggest to refresh bot to other client without having  to close and open another.
One option to change character after exit tibia client, just as you choose at the beginning.

since that’s the function of remembering that the "close with client" function doesn’t work properly the bot just doesn’t close it is like nothing happened
