Request to use a certain item id on a certain sqm around me

Would appreciate help with a script to use a certain item id on a certain sqm around me.

Lets say use item id 3274 every 5 seconds on the sqm to the south of me.

Doesn't seem to work tho. I guess tha posy()+1 equals 1 south.

Can't see the client getting the crosshair from the axe either. Want to use it to break pots in the door.

Maybe im doing something wrong.

It will use item id 3274 at your south.
