Switch monster after atk "x" seconds

While cavebotting sometimes my char will attack a monster then be blocked by another or it will lag and have a red square but not actually attack the monster... In both instances my character can die, what I'm requesting is after 'x' seconds try targeting something else or if not available retarget the current monster.
