add waiting time to waypoint for mana regen

i think how to add waiting time between next waypoint to wait for mana regen. for example wait until 40% mana or even any amount of time

i tried to edit lua waypoint by adding wait ('30000') seems not working

If you pay attention, both parameters are number and you calling it using a string.
