I'm using this action usedoor(32588, 31644, 10, open)
Is there a way for him to only open the door if it is closed?
because if not, it opens and closes, it returns to close and to leave it open =/

That's because you are not calling usedoor() properly, you forgot quotes around "open". Because usedoor() already does exactly what you are asking for.

usedoor(32588, 31644, 10, 'open')
