i search for script to pickup spears from ground random tiles while hunting

i hunt by my knight and drop under me the spears from trolls, my second char, paladin on cavebot goes for these spears on floor. i need my pally to see them and pickup. the spears lay sometimes under fresh bodies.

i didnt found smillar script on forum

main problem: 

my pala hunt and wastes spears on mobs that doesnot drops spears so last one waypoint must be to collect it from nearest my knight that he hunt trolls and drop spears
