Hi , i have problem on nostalrius.

When i want rune maker walk back after danger for 20 minuts. He dont wait this time. He immediately walk back.

Hello.

I just tested and worked fine for me. Notice that your settings are not configured to wait 20 minutes, but 4~5 minutes on Danger and 1~5 seconds when moved. If it's moving back fast it means it's walking back because you are moved or so, not danger.
