Hello.

There's no 100% guaranteed way to detect if a creature has been summoned, teleported or if it just spawned.

About attacking a creature that's not in your targeting list, you have two ways:
1. Add a new creature with name "All" on Targeting, so it will attack every single monster.
2. Add a new creature with name "Others", that represents any creature that's not in Targeting.
