How to stop Bug with Open next Explosion BP

I Want stop this bug with no open next explosion Backpack.

Maybe the cause is the cooldown from Targeting Healing Etc..

But how can i stop it ? If my char stop shot explosions for dont opening next Bp he will Die!

This link you sended its to open next UH BP or i can change for Explosion BP.. But i need one to open BOTH bps.

The Attack rune (explosion) and too Heal Rune (UH) without BUG!

Then use two persistents, one for UHs and another for explosion.
Targeting and Healer will only open next backpack when Targeting or Healer uses those runes and it works fine.
