Hello.

Unfortunately, no. It's a new game-feature that has just been "released". So it would be impossible to detect such a thing without an update or so.
It seems that you can detect that check if you are been tested using LUA scripts on Persistents, using getnewmessages() to check for that messages on default channel and then play sound or so.

I'm not sure how this will work in real time, so let's wait to see...

If you are afraid to banished, don't bot at all. But if you still wanna bot, I recommend people to don't bot afk.

Is there a way to make such a script only recognize red text? I feel like it otherwise could be abused by people hunting afk botters. They could just write "You are being tested" or whatever is triggering the script to make it pause the bot.

Hello.

You should check .type and .sender fields to avoid such problems.
.sender returns who's sending the message. So if a player sends a message, it will return players name. If there's no sender, it will return empty.
.type returns the message color message. Red color is 3, but you should test to make sure that's the same for this anti-macro test.
Example:

if msg.sender == '' and msg.type == 3 then
     ...code...
end
