You should post scripts requests on Scripts -> Requests, not on HUDs section.
It's always recommended to search before requesting a script, because people don't wanna lose time (including myself) replying what can easily be found on Forums.

2. Use Targeting, there's a hp range that you can setup. For example: 0 to 100. As you don't wanna attack when dragons are on red life then setup 20 to 100 for example, so it will stop attacking dragons when they reach 20% hp or less.
